In-field quality control
1、5S is a precondition of zero defect. 5S is promoting in product sites and socres of each units are listed on notice board based on assessment criteria.
2、Self-inspection and cross-inspection are implemented in field.
3、Daily, weekly and monthly statistics system is established and listed with improvement addressing the nonconformance. DMAIC is used to analyze and solve the problem. 8D table is used to address quality issues of general characteristic and drill deep/wide is used for quality issue with unidentified cause.
4、QA conducts OOB to prevent nonconformance from escaping to customer.
5、SPC is used to control critical process character
6、Potential failures that would occur during in-filed production are collected, statistic and recorded in PFMEA and solutions are made.
7、Quality status has stastics and quality objectives are updated to more challenging.
8、6 Sigma, TFE are implemented
